Nexus Group provide complete service, support and training on all of the products we have, such as machines, lightning packages and different software such as paspro Entré and CardExchange.

Our technicians will provide you with the fast and helpful service and technical support you may need. We offer both support at location all over Sweden and also the opportunity to send in your machines for repair.

To make sure your printer is in excellent condition, we also recommend that you together with your purchase sign a maintenance contract with us. By signing the maintenance contract, we will regularly come to you and maintain your printers to prevent eventual technical issues. How often this may be needed depends entirely on how often the printer will be used, but usually we serve printers twice a year.

As a contract customer you will be prioritized and receive:

  • 24 Month guarantee instead of 12 months when purchasing a new machine
  • 25% discount on all spare parts
  • 20% discount on all services besides what’s stated in the contract
  • Free phone support
  • Prioritized service when reporting an error
